CourseGraphic This strength training class will help students obtain and maintain a solid musculature, which often begins to decline after 50. Using weights, stability balls, weighted balls and Pilates rings, student will get a solid overall strength training and conditioning workout. All fitness levels are welcome, modifications are available.
