The State of Wyoming requires LPNs to obtain an IV Therapy Certification to perform peripheral and central lines tasks. Participants must complete 20 hours of educational study, pass a final exam with a score of 80 percent or higher, and complete 10 hours of clinical time starting peripheral IVs, changing central line dressings, and other pertinent IV skills. This Wyoming State Board approved class uses the approved curriculum. Attendance is mandatory and participants must have a LPN license to take this class. The cost includes the textbook.
