Commercial meat packaging can list unfamiliar terms such as 80/20, nitrates, nitrites, and casings. Here is your chance to learn what these terms mean. We will have an interactive demo of how to make traditional German bratwurst, discuss the science and art of sausage making, and tour the Grant Street Grocery and Market butcher department. You will take home samples and recipes.
