This comprehensive institute will give nonprofit professionals the basic skills to become proficient leaders for their organization. Network with peers and connect to resources through local and regional industry experts. Participants who successfully complete the entire institute will receive a certificate of completion. Register early, as seats are limited to 18. We will cover business management, strategic and succession plans, financial reports including audits and reviews, human resources best practices, marketing strategies, safety plans, board development and structures, resource development and grant writing, planned giving, and endowments. Leadership skill development will include Clifton Strengths assessment, facilitative leadership, generational differences, and candid conversations.
