CourseGraphic Learn to make homemade chocolate candy. We will discuss the properties of chocolate, pros and cons of different chocolate and chocolate products, and will showcase many of the tools, both essential and desired, used to produce confectionery delights. Participants will make chocolate-covered pretzels, nut clusters, turtles, and filled chocolates and learn about molds, transfer sheets, packaging, and gift ideas. This is a hands-on class.
