CourseGraphic Gardens, meadows, riversides, and farms are abundant with delicious produce. Learn new ways to use your garden produce including creating new dishes. In this follow-up class to the foraging and garden TLC classes, we will discuss how to use the bounty of your efforts in jams and jellies, breads, roasted medleys, or dehydrated foods. Recipes will be provided. We will choose one recipe to make together in class.
