
The Wyoming Association of Municipal Clerks and Treasurers (WAMCAT) and Casper College are collaborating for the Wyoming Municipal Institute. The three-year institute is composed of 120 hours of training for municipal clerks and treasurers. The coursework includes topics such as public administration and organization, social and interpersonal issues, management, and technology related training. At the end of the institute, municipal clerks and treasurers will receive the Certified Municipal Clerks (CMC) or Master Municipal Clerk (MMC) points to apply to certifications.
