
Pilates apparatus exercises are performed on equipment such as a reformer, Cadillac/tower, chair, and barrel. Participants will grasp the six Pilates principles while they learn beginning and intermediate exercises that are performed on the different pieces of equipment. Apparatus exercises improve overall strength, posture, balance, bone-mass density, and joint health. This class is for first time participants who have not previously taken “Pilates Apparatus Training.” Sign up for one session only.
