If you are ready to start a walking program but are unsure where to begin, let this class lead the way. Walking is an easy, enjoyable, and profitable exercise form. All you need is a good pair of shoes, comfortable clothing, and a desire to start moving. Learn proper aerobic walking techniques using large muscle groups, increase your motivation for better health, fitness, and diet, and meet fellow walking enthusiasts. Come willing to have a good time and smile while you enjoy the great outdoors. The first class will be a lecture; remaining class locations will be announced. Bring water and sunscreen to each class.
