CourseGraphic Over the last 10 years, many fruit shrubs and native plants have been tried, tested, and tortured by nature at Tara Farm and Nursery north of Casper. The instructor will discuss plants for the central Wyoming area; choosing plants for a permaculture garden; maintenance, care, and uses of plants; and plant installation for year-round flowers and fruit production, autumn color, winter protection, and visual interest. A photo album of plants and their descriptions will be available to participants on Facebook. You will have time to go off campus to get lunch or you may bring a sack lunch. Computer skills are beneficial to access online class resources.
