Gardens, meadows, riversides, and farms are so abundant in delicious produce. Perhaps you are running out of ways to use what your garden produces. Maybe you want to use some of your produce to actually feed people a variety of dishes instead of the same ones over and over. In this follow up class to the Intro to Foraging and Garden TLC classes, we will discuss how to best use the bounty of your efforts in jams/jellies, breads, roasted medleys, dehydrated, or other unusual preparations. Recipes will be provided and we will choose one recipe to make together in class.
