CourseGraphic Before harvest, there are many decisions to make including what to plant, what to plant where, when to start plants from seed, and what seeds to plant directly in the ground. Learn about planting timelines and succession, soil amendments, and companion planting. We will discuss planting patterns for salsa, salad/herbs, and Italian cuisine gardens, and plant onions and chive seeds in handmade paper pots.
