« back to classes page
Ice cream has been around for centuries. Marco Polo was the first westerner to encounter it when he traveled to the Far East in the 12th century. Explore the rich history of ice cream and then take a trip down memory lane as we visit Casper’s vintage ice cream parlors and whip up old-fashioned ice cream recipes. We will enjoy our ice cream in a pleasant outdoor location as we share stories about our favorite ice cream parlors and chill out to soda shop tunes.
