Diet and exercise are the cornerstones of diabetes management and for overall good health. Gentle exercise can prevent the onset of diabetes and other health issues. Learn what to do to lessen the effects or reduce the likelihood of developing diabetes. Tai chi also improves balance, strength, and range of motion. Diabetics and nondiabetics may take this class. Wear comfortable shoes and clothing.
