Essential oils have beneficial applications for pets including supporting an animal’s emotional health and overall wellness. Learn how to introduce essential oils to your furry friends and how essential oils can help support their immune system through three application methods. We will take a fieldtrip to see how to incorporate essential oils into to a large animal wellness program using the Raindrop Technique.

Learn an easy fun way to exercise that improves your balance, helps you regain range of motion, and improves flexibility. This is a relaxing, stress reducing exercise form based on a yang style of tai chi developed at the Research Institute for Improving Balance in Eugene, Oregon.

You are never too old to ride a bike. Join us for a weekly ride along the Platte River Trail. Relearn riding basics, bike safety, and basic maintenance and ride five to ten miles on easy, scenic terrain along the North Platte River. If you have not ridden in a while or are looking for riding partners, this is the class for you. The first class is a lecture followed by a short riding test. Bring a bike and helmet to the first class.

If you are ready to start a walking program but are unsure where to begin, let this class lead the way. Walking is an easy, enjoyable, and profitable exercise form. All you need is a good pair of shoes, comfortable clothing, and a desire to start moving. Learn proper aerobic walking techniques using large muscle groups, increase your motivation for better health, fitness, and diet, and meet fellow walking enthusiasts. Come willing to have a good time and smile while you enjoy the great outdoors. The first class will be a lecture; remaining class locations will be announced. Bring water and sunscreen to each class.
