Yoga can help you increase flexibility and strength, loosen joints, stretch and irrigate your vertebrae, and relax. Basic hatha yoga incorporates postures with breathing techniques to bring body, mind, and breath into one. Class is held outside. Wear loose clothing and bring a yoga mat, towel, and strap to class.
