ClassGraphic Dams are an essential part of civilized infrastructure. Discover how dams are built, how they work, and what to notice about dams. Explore what was discussed to bring the theory to life. A field trip to a dam site follows the classroom lecture. Wear sturdy shoes, dress in layers, and be prepared for uneven terrain. Bring note-taking materials. Snacks and water are provided. Register and complete travel paperwork by Wednesday, Aug. 19. No refunds will be issued after the registration deadline. Driving your own vehicle is not permitted.
