CourseGraphic  KEY Camp is a six-day summer resident program for gifted and academically-minded students. KEY offers unique enrichment opportunities and experiences in a variety of academic areas. Students investigate innovative ideas, participate in hands-on challenges, use their imagination, explore careers, and work collaboratively while acquiring 21st century skills. Qualified instructors and counselors facilitate the college campus experience and extracurricular activities.

Dig It! Rocks and Fossils
Dig into the ancient past and explore fossils, rocks, and dinosaurs, focusing on Wyoming’s incredible geological and paleontological history. Learn how powerful forces shaped the state's landscape and uncover the secrets of Earth's changes over time. Connect science to real-world issues and discover biological concepts like taxonomy, ecology, adaptation, and functional morphology. Study fossils and rocks to examine the stories hidden beneath our feet!

The Polyglot Passport: Exploring Global Languages & Cultures
Uncover the fascinating secrets behind the languages we speak. Explore the history of English, boost your spelling skills through the study of ancient word roots, and compare global languages like Spanish, French, and Japanese. Dive into diverse cultures through non-verbal communication, art, and cooking. Working as teams, apply your new linguistic skills to invent and teach phrases in a brand-new language. Become a true global citizen!
 
Legal Showdown: Mastering the Mock Trial
Dive into the world of courtroom drama! Sharpen your legal skills as you learn the ins and outs of trial procedures, evidence presentation, and persuasive argumentation. From witness examination to closing statements, prepare to step into the roles of attorneys and witnesses to enact thrilling legal battles.

Murder Mystery
Step into the shoes of a detective and crack the case of the missing Professor Archibald! Learn about an important literary genre by solving and creating a murder mystery, deciphering puzzles, and uncovering clues. Reconstruct crimes and interrogate suspects while imagining, writing, and performing your own suspense-filled mysteries. Work with peers, take on character roles, and participate in role-playing scenarios.
