CourseGraphic Attendance via Zoom only! Andee Stewart will send Zoom information prior to the institute.

Join experts from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) for an advanced analysis of evolving mandates and funding opportunities. Navigating EPA policy, attendees will evaluate service line inventory requirements using cost-effective statistical approaches – including the Simple System Wide Statistical Method (SWSM) and Simple Statistical Predictive Model (SPM) – alongside record reviews and verification of unknown materials. These processes emphasize cost reduction and ensure evidence-based approaches to keep your municipalities in compliance with EPA regulations. The WY DEQ will outline general water and wastewater permitting requirements, community asset management planning, and emergency response development, highlighting State Revolving Fund (SRF) initiatives and technical assistance available to fund lead line projects.
