Sewing for Beginners

Begin your journey into sewing, one of humanity’s earliest skills, with Casper College’s costume shop foreman. Learn sewing fundamentals, pattern reading, and hand-sewing techniques. Discuss the specifics of crafting with different materials, including leather, and then construct your own garment of choice. Tools, materials, and equipment are provided for students to use. Bring scissors and fabrics for your garment project to the second portion of the class.
