ClassGraphic Discover the many ways to make delicious ice cream at home. Learn different techniques and explore the science of emulsions and freezing point depression as you mix, churn, and taste your creations. Cap it all off with a thrilling liquid nitrogen finale. Bringing a child 10 or older is NOT a requirement, but this is a kid-friendly class. Each participant must register for this class individually. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Supplies are provided.
