This class is designed for musicians wanting to further their musicianship for recording, including guitar players, drummers, bass players, keyboardists, vocalists, composers, and singer-songwriters.

Throughout the course, students will learn the importance of mastering their instrument or voice and how to specifically apply those skills to a recording environment. In addition to performance, the class will cover arrangement skills and the importance of understanding individual parts. Students will also develop recording and microphone techniques to achieve record-quality productions, while gaining a better understanding of gain structure for digital audio recording.
