Improve and maintain health and wellness with low-impact exercises. Seize the opportunity to use hand weights, stability balls, stretch bands, and more. Strength, balance, and stretch exercises are emphasized to promote a healthier overall lifestyle while being mindful of aging body needs.  No class July 4th.
