CourseGraphic Being fit is good for your heart, lungs, bones, muscles, joints, and overall wellness. It can lower your risk of falls, heart attack, diabetes, high blood pressure, and some cancers. It can provide more energy to play with your kids or grandkids or to hunt, garden, fish, dance, or bike. We will walk during class and explore other fitness opportunities. It will be a great time to discuss fitness, answer questions, and get moving. Consult your doctor before taking this class if you have a history of medical conditions related to the heart, high blood pressure, or back or knee problems.
