IV Therapy for LPNs

The State of Wyoming requires LPNs to obtain an IV therapy certification to perform peripheral and central lines tasks. Participants must complete 16 hours of educational study, pass an infusion fluid and drug calculations exam and perform required skills, and complete eight hours of lab starting peripheral IVs, changing central line dressings, and performing pertinent IV skills. This Wyoming State Board approved course uses the approved curriculum. Attendance is mandatory and participants must have an LPN license to take this class. The cost includes the textbook. Friday May 10th by noon is the registration deadline.
