If you can breathe, you can do yoga. Move through a series of stretches and yoga movements, and use the breath to flow from one pose to another. Yoga increases flexibility and range of motion, boosts posture and balance, and improves sleep. Modifications for every pose are available. Suitable for everyone, including people with mobility restrictions or balance issues. Wear comfortable, warm clothing and bring a yoga mat.
