Food preservation challenges have existed since the dawn of time. As we evolved, so did food preservation methods. At the end of the gardening season, we still have an abundance of produce that we cannot cram into the fridge or freezer. Learn to make preserved food and reduce waste by canning, dehydrating, and fermentation. The class includes recipes, hands-on experience in each preservation style, and something to take home after each class. Monday, Nov. 4, is the last day to receive a fee refund.
