Paleontologists were collecting fossils in Wyoming when it was still a territory. We will discuss early paleontologists and modern-day fossil hunters, interesting fossil vertebrates, and the extensive collection of work done at Como Bluff, Lance Creek/Lusk, the Bighorn Basin, the Wind River Basin, and other fossil locations.
