CourseGraphic Improve muscle strength and overall fitness and sculpt your physique with this cardiovascular workout using high-intensity interval training (HIIT). Using a step, you will do fast-paced, high-intensity bursts, followed by short rest periods. You will work at your own pace and monitor your own progress. Suitable for all levels.
