CourseGraphic Elizabeth Patton Crockett was the second wife of the famous David "Davy" Crockett. In this reenactment, she talks about life on the Tennessee frontier and the challenges of raising a family and running several businesses and a homestead in the absence of a popular husband who preferred politics and hunting to the settled life. She will talk about her move to Texas following David's demise at the Alamo and the life she built on the new frontier.
